Shipping CBD products
Shipping CBD products involves navigating a complex landscape of regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with both federal and state laws.
States we do not ship Delta 8 product to: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont and Washington.
Carrier Policies
Different shipping carriers have their own policies regarding the shipment of CBD products:
1. United States Postal Service (USPS):
- Allows the shipment of hemp-derived CBD products as long as they comply with federal regulations and contain less than 0.3% THC.
2. FedEx:
- Prohibits the shipment of CBD products, including hemp-derived items.
3. UPS:
- Allows shipping of CBD products derived from hemp as long as the shipper complies with federal and state laws, and the product contains less than 0.3% THC.
4. DHL:
- Permits the shipment of hemp-derived CBD products, provided they comply with federal regulations and contain less than 0.3% THC.

Shipping Schedule:
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 11:45 AM Eastern Time will be shipped out on the same business day.
- Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 11:45 AM Eastern Time will be shipped out on the next business day.
- Shipping Days: USPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. UPS expedited shipping days are Monday-Friday.
Shipping Rates:
- Free Shipping: For all orders over $50, Culver Botanical Delights offers free delivery via USPS.
- Standard Shipping: All orders under $50 are subject to a $5.00 shipping cost.
- Expedited Shipping: Available via UPS, with rates calculated at checkout.
Additional Information:
- Tracking: All orders will be provided a tracking number, which will be included in your order confirmation email.
- Wrong Address: If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us. We will verify the shipping address. If the error was our responsibility, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, we can resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.
- Holiday Season: During the busy holiday season and other high-demand times, non-expedited orders may take one business day for processing instead of same-day shipping. We still intend to have your shipment delivered within the specified timeframe listed.
- International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.
